A: Yes. You can go back to paper statements simply by canceling your e-statement service. To do this, go to the log-in page and click on the Account Maintenance button to go to the Account Maintenance page. Enter the required information to un-register. You will receive a paper statement starting with your next statement cycle. Of course, you can also cancel e-statements by writing, calling, or visiting the credit union in person.
