Q: How do I access my monthly statement?
A: On the 15th of each month, we will send you notification to your e-mail address with a link to the entry page on our website. At that page, enter your account number and password to access your e-statement, which resides on our website. Your statement will be available on the 15th of each month. Of course, you can access your e-statement anytime (two monthly statements are maintained on our system at any one time).
