Q: How do I receive my e-statement?
A: Once a month (usually on the 15th) you will be notified by e-mail that
your statement is ready to access on our website. By going to the
e-statements page and entering your member number and password, you access
your statement which has been created as an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file. You
can view and save this file by having free Adobe Acrobat Reader software on
your computer.
