Q: Will my e-statement be available if I did not receive e-mail notification?
A: Yes. Your statement will be posted even if the e-mail notification we sent was returned as undeliverable. (This could happen if your message inbox is full or you canceled your e-mail account.) If you don’t provide a valid or working e-mail address before the next statement cycle, we will convert your statement back to paper delivery.
